The rooms were spacious and clean. The property is very close to major attractions in the city and is worth the price.

Breakfast was good that it ended at 11am, good choice of food, the walls were very thin and I could hear the people in the room next door. The location was not as described, advertised as 1-2 mins from BTS, but that was only by tuk tuk supplied by hotel.

More honest about how far from BTS. Better soundproofing between walls in rooms.

The staff are lovely, everyone was helpful.

I was in the annex building and the road noise was awful. The balcony is also small and uncomfortable.

Junior Rooms were fantastic. Spacious and like having a studio apartment to come home to after a day out in BKK. Breakfast was very enjoyable and for some lazy days it ran until 11am which was great!

The room was in the second building right next to the road. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise, even with the earplugs provided and pillows over my head.

AC indoor and outdoor unit are super noisy (couldn't sleep at night with ac on cause of that), you can hear everything from the outside as the hotel is on a main road, and no noise isolation between the neighbors... I could hear every phone call, every alarm, every talk and showers..

Tuk tuk would pick you up at BTS, took 20 minutes for us. Breakfast was okay, staff was helpful. Medium size refrigerator was good to have. Water pressure was good.

Far from BTS, ac stopped working, moved to another room but the TV only had static and no hot water in the morning.

Excellent location in the Nana area, close to restaurants, nightlife, and transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was a great spot to relax after exploring the city.

The air-conditioning was a bit noisy during the night. Breakfast choices were limited, and the Wi-Fi could be faster.

Proximity to Benjakitti Park :)Shuttle bus to BTS and nightlife.

The location is great, 3 minutes walk to the skywalk between 2 parks, and close to BTS

The smell in the room was terrible, and the air conditioner was so loud that even the earplugs provided by the hotel didn't help, and we had to sleep in the hot room. There were many ants in the room

the rooms have sewage issues, horrible horrible smell i had to change the room multiple times because i was breathing raw sewage

A really spacey room, with a comfy double bed, closed, desk, tv, a fridge with mini bar, kettle and tea bags (no charge to use it), a small balcony and a really nice bathroom with a shower cabin and a glass window as a part of the wall that could easily provide privacy with blinds curtains. The room was indeed as one of the 4-star hotels. The breakfast was really decent with a Buffet and many options to choose, you could even order your own preference eggs. There is a swimming pool at the ground floor.

The walls of the rooms are plasterboard walls (picture attached, took it at the exit of the ground floor) so thin that I could hear any discussion like the people were in my room. I couldn't sleep during the night due to the noise of the people's talking, the tv and any "activity" they were doing. I called many times the reception to complain for my neighbors so they notify them and reprimand them. It was really annoying not to be able to sleep in a hotel when you paid for it. They must do something with the soundproofing, I don't know how people manage to sleep in this Hotel.

We upgraded to a suite so everything was great. Breaks were really good.Pool is small.
